How do I join?
Select the Monthly Wine Kit you want above, provide your details once and you’re good to go.

How does payment work?
Payment is received for your first Monthly Wine Kit at the time of signing up. After your first month delivery, payment takes place on the first day of the month unless you decide to leave the club.
How do I update my shipping and/or billing address or payment info?
You may update this information online under your account. You may also contact us for assistance at hello@goodgrape.ca.
Can I change my wine kit selection?
Yes, you can. Please email hello@goodgrape.ca to let us know what wine kit you’d like to switch too.
How does Good Grape wine subscription work?
You select the Monthly Wine Kit that best suits you. We charge your credit card and have your order ready for delivery on the first day of the each month. We provide free local delivery in Edmonton and a $15 flat rate with each monthly delivery to everywhere else in Alberta. You can cancel any time.
How many bottles are included in each shipment?
That depends on you! We offer 2 bottle and 4 bottle subscriptions. You simply select which Monthly Wine Kit works best for you.
How do I get my wine?
All Monthly Wine Kits are ready for delivery on the 1st of every month. We provide free local delivery in Edmonton and a $15 flat rate with each monthly delivery to everywhere else in Canada.
Are you able to deliver my wine?
Yes! If you’re in Edmonton, it’s free delivery! Everywhere else in Alberta has a $15 flat rate shipping fee with each month’s delivery.
How do I cancel?
When you subscribe, we’ll create an account for you. You can login & cancel your membership the “Account” link at the top of the website. If you have any issues please send an email to hello@goodgrape.ca. Notice of cancellation must be received before the 25th day of the month to take effect the following month. For example, if you would like to cancel your subscription effective November 1, we must receive notice before October 25. Otherwise, your credit card will be charged as usual on November 1 and your wine will be packaged up for delivery. Your cancellation would then take effect December 1.

We have an amazing team of sommeliers that select every bottle. We pick wines from around the world that we love, and offer a wide range of big-time grapes that over deliver.
